All power levels use AP for level 1 power [Fixed in R118]

I just played some games for the first time in months. I noticed that Juggernaut's 5/5 powers both cost 10 AP. I tried 2* Magneto 5/3/5. Iron Hammer was 6 AP and destroyed the whole board, and Mag Flux was 8 AP and destroyed a 5x5 block. The AP levels are stuck on the level 1 values, but the powers otherwise act correctly.

There are several threads on this already, and the just-released notes for R118 show it will be fixed there: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=570910
