Mid season event

The days between seasons seem like such a stop in momentum as to be almost off putting.
What about a mid- seasons event or two? Like the anniversary / holiday events with a 10 pack also in progression, using a heroic pack won't be game busting (it's not like most of those pulls are dumped into ISO anyway, and with the sell prices wouldn't ever be a huge deal)
I would break up the barren feel and might help 2 to 3 progression...( Which is what the company wants right? So more people will buy more packs?)
