Fastball special improper damage

Hey guys first time posting so forgive me if I formatted wrong

So the thing I was noticing was that my colossus wasn't doing the right damage for fastball special. The ability says it does around 2000 to target and 200 to the tossed hero( level 5), but is insted doing 1000 to both the target and the tossed ally.

Im not sure if this common or if there is a quick fix but I thought I would ask
