Medusa's Hair Meddle not functioning properly

Medusa's purple active power (I only have it at 3 covers, but still) currently works like an overpriced Loki purple: it swaps tiles, but neither steals nor improves them. Fired it twice against Stormhawk/Spidey (3*), with plenty of tiles to convert, but nothing either time.

Am I the only one?

    It's been working fine for me.
    I used her with Patch for the big Enchilada.

    I know at 3 covers it isn't supposed to steal attack tiles, but it hasn't been stealing strike or protect tiles for me. Weird. Thanks for the confirmation, though.

    I have her purple at 5 covers.
    Might be another bug with r117(what's the worst that happen) for it at lower covers.
