Passives as 5th Cover

I was thinking of a new Agents of Shield concept. Then I was thinking it would be cool if the 5th cover in a power gained you a special passive benefit. Then you'd probably see different versions of a character in PvP.
****Agents of Shield****
Field Agents
Power Cost 8
Agents cautiously attack the enemy. Do damage and place 2 shields.
Level Upgrades.
Level 2: Increase Damage and drop 3 shields.
Level 3: Increase Damage and drop 4 shields.
Level 4: Increase Damage and drop 5 shields.
Level 5: Add Passive: Double All Red Tile Matches (I could see this doing well paired up with a heavy Red hitter)
Spies
Power Cost 10
Agent Coulson sends a team in to investigate the enemy. Create a countdown tile. While on the board reduce damage by 10%
Level 2: reduce damage by 15%
Level 3: reduce damage by 20%
Level 4: reduce damage by 25%
Level 5: Add Passive: Any reduce damage is reflected (including shield reduction) by to enemy at 50% (Would work great with Quake's Passive)
Science Team
power cost 13
The agents have come back with some kind of medical issue. The science team is on this! Create a countdown, if match heal team for x points.
Level 2: Increase amount of healing
Level 3: Increase amount of healing
Level 4: Increase amount of healing
Level 5: Add Passive: Any time a countdown or trap is matched away by your team also gain AP in that color. (Works with Nick Fury's traps)
