Who to rank?

I'm mid 4* transition with maybe 12 4* champed and I'm not sure who to start ranking among my 5*s. I've read you should co-rank two of them so as not to throw off scaling so the candidates are...

OML at 0 YES 0! .../4/5
PHO at 1/2/5
SS at 1/5/4

2nd wave

GG at 2/1/2
BW at 2/2/2
BSS at 2/3/1

Thoughts?

    Silver Surfer seems like the best bet to start leveling in that group. Phoenix is best when she has 4 or 5 purple covers, and OML without black is pretty pointless. Try leveling Surfer so that he's at the same level as your boosted 4*s, that should keep him from killing your scaling and MMR.

    Similar boat, corillary question - is a 0/4/4 phoenix worth levelling? Still haven't pulled that green. I have oml, ss and bssm all with 3 colors.

    Purple is the most important color for Phoenix, so I think you can safely level her if you want.

    Not to open new thread...

    My phoenix is 3-5-0. So she alone can't do much. But maybe I should lvl her as well. Who could be her running mate? Hulk buster? Nova? Deadwood?
