Juggernaut Power Cost Changed

My 40th (max) level Juggernaut states in his character roster screen that each of his powers (both green and red) have a cost of 5. When I actually use him, the costs are 10. Did D3 raise Juggernaut's power cost in the last patch?

1) The cost should read 6

all of the effected powers have costs as if they were level 1 but should stil have their normal effects

Ah, yeah, mistyped. Level "5," cost "6." Thanks for the link. There is a benefit, my 2* Widow has a 5 cost steal 3 of every color except purple. Spam steal ahoy.
