Are Better Coalition Controls Being Worked On?

I couldn't find any info about this, because this whole forum section is just filled with recruitment ads...
Is D3 planning on developing better Coalition controls and mechanics? The way things are right now, it's ridiculous how limited the system is... We need better functions and controls, like the ability to promote other members to at LEAST one higher rank (like Officers), so they can perform actions like adding new members, kicking inactive ones, and even potentially taking over the Coalition if the current leader becomes inactive...
We also need more granular UI functions that allow us to see things like how long a member been inactive. Right now the only way to do this is to take screenshots of the event rankings every week, and then manually look for members who haven't been scoring. The current system only lets you see a member's total contribution and current event contribution... The problem with that, is that you can't tell the difference between a member that's been inactive for one week, or six months. At the very least, we need a data column that tells us how long it's been since they last logged in.
There are lots of other things that would help, but for now I'd be happy with just a few basic improvements that most mobile games already consider "standard" in their guild systems.

To avoid the hastle, we just made ours public... o.O0 -
You can do all this, unfortunately you have to do it outside of the game in team chat apps like Slack.0

Is there any way to Dual members of your colation or plans to have a way to challenge them and perhaps one day to challenge any player in your tier?0
