Please help me pick the next two 4* to champion?

I don't have any championed 5*s but have a level 435 534 Phoenix, a level 435 255 Silver Surfer and a level 405 550 OML. These seem to be more of a liability for anything more than seed teams or trivial pve nodes.

Current 4* champions
Hulkbuster, Cyclops, X-23, Thor, Wolverine, Deadpool, Red Hulk, Jean Grey, Carnage, Quake, Iceman, Nova, Thing, Professor X, Peggy, Star-Lord, Kingpin, Ant-Man, Punisher, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye

Max covered 4*s
Nick Fury, Elektra, Eddie Brock, Falcon, Devil Dino, Ghost Rider, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, Mr Fantastic, Totally Awesome Hulk

Of the above, powered up next week is Rulk, Elektra, Miles and TA Hulk.

And predicted the following week are Spider Gwen, Cyclops, Starlord and Eddie Brock.

I'll have the iso to champion 2 before next week. I'm pretty sure i want to champion TA Hulk to play with Rulk. I'm thinking of Miles or Spider Gwen since they are powered up soon and they each have a cover in my cache.

Your far enough along to make the decision based on what covers are going to die 1st. As far as next week is concerned run rhulk peggy or rhulk cyclops. And then the following week run cyclops rhulk.

As something to consider. Here is what I think about your options.

Nick Fury: mid tier. decent all around and you pick him to fill out a rainbow team.

Electra: Bottom tier. She's excellent in wave nodes, above avg vs strike tile generators, but you won't ever use her to fill out a rainbow team nor does she have any game breaking partners that I know of.

Eddibe Brock: mid -bottom tier. He excels against protect tile generators (cage, spidey, bullseye) and sucks against attack tile producers. Where he can make a difference is in super high level bullseye nodes, where he speeds up the match by negating protect tiles. You have to have other big damage generators to make him decent.

Falcon: Top tier if you have 5* champs, bottom tier if your 4* roster. Falcap is actually very solid, but he has to hide behind other chars to tank his colors.

Ghost rider: above average: His black is unique and is hard counter in Boss events. but in normal play, there are other red/green users that have more utility. champ him when your at the position of building out your roster with niche users.

Spider-gwen and MM are basically the same char: mid tier: as a pair they synergies exceptionally well. On their own its a challenge to find users that work well. once you champ one you have to champ the other.

Mr F. bottom tier: his gadget power is hard to use well. he does some interesting things, but he feels incomplete in the sense that other newer chars are necessary to making him work well. pair him with carnage, medusa, or FF chars.

cho hulk: avg tier: he does some interesting things, and can pair decently with rhulk, but unless he's buffed, you'll find other options.
