Game data saved through facebook? Getting a new cell phone

hey everybody, wondering if anyone can help me out with this question...

I am getting a new cell phone and want to know if I can retrieve my game through facebook when I do.

I am not what one would call "tech savvy" and I am not a frequent facebook user.

would hate to lose all the characters and level ups ive accrued. thanks!
