Being denied progression due to match losses as a result of my error? That's cool. Being denied progression because several opponents have incredibly powerful decks, while frustrating at times, is also okay.
Being denied due to the SAME OLD BUGGY PROGRAMMING is most definitely NOT cool nor okay.
If for whatever unfathomable reason these issues (which have been ongoing for a very long time) can't be fixed, then the event structure MUST be changed to increase the number of battles. I'd love to insert some very angry rage paragraphs, but I'm a lady. Momma didn't raise an idiot, and I'm tired of the carrot dangling in front of my face, I'm not a mule, and I'm asking in plain English for one thing: the ability to enjoy the game I've paid good money for and invested a lot of time into.
Most of the changes to the game lately have been negatively impacting player experience.
Please listen to your players.

110% agree, the crashes have gone on long enough at this point. They REALLY need to be put to an end.
