Extra Levelling up Arrow for covers and sort the heroes

Please use 2 different colored arrows if a new level is possible.
One for the Level and one for updating power levels with covers.

Or make it possible in the configuration menu, not to show the arrow for covers, if you have 13 covers and if it is not a champion.

2.
After entering the Train section, please sort the characters. Show first the train-able characters with arrows first.
