Has anyone seen a change in matchmaking?

My experience is that it's getting worse. It's no longer the same opponent, it's now the same opponent with the same deck .

I faced Yawgmoth's L2 24 times (just that deck) over 3 events. Now I'm almost exclusively playing Kilpher's J1 in PVP events. A few new ones, including Polac's Nahiri at least 4 times in IF and 3 in ****.

Haven't seen Killwind in awhile and I've only come up against Gunbunny once -- maybe that's because AI knows they're not a challenge for me icon_e_wink.gif

I got Kilpher's Arlinn deck several times the last event and Killwind's Dovin deck, so yes, I've also noticed less variety in opponents and what planeswalker I'm playing of that opponent. Had one cycle where all three nodes were paired against Kilpher's Arlinn deck.

Really? I've actually had the opposite experience. I did make an effort to master a few more cards lately so maybe that changed some things.

It seems the same to me. I've had multiple runs where I ran into one deck 3 times in 4 matches, for example. This time was still the same ol' same ol'.

    It's so tiresome.

I don't know how the devs can't see the advantage this gives certain players when they know they can load their decks with objective-ruining cards and take out their competition.

Kilpher and Killwind were probably 50% of my matches for Terrors.

Sometimes i wish i could face the same decks over and over again.

At least i would know what to expect and could build the deck specifically to beat that deck icon_e_biggrin.gif

But alas, i have the opposite problem it seems everyone else is having in that i rarely face the same deck or opponent twice in an event.
