Anyone else having problems with IM40

In my roster screen his recharge says it costs 6, its at 5 covers. Says the same thing when I look at him from the lineup screen, but when I go into pve fights it says his recharge cost 8. And it does cost 8 to fire, at 5 covers and it gives the correct amount of ap I think. Anyone else see this?
I was going to cross post this on the bugs forum, but my forum skills are not that great.
