4* dying on the vine

Looking for some input. I have a Miles red, 2 elektra black, antman blue, and venom green expiring. They are all at 13 covers. One elektra expires in 11 days. Venom expires in 13 days. The rest expire in 5.
My options for miles: Use it to bring him to 5/4/4, keep him at 188
Sell my 5/5/3 miles for 44k iso and 3k hp, use the red to recruit again

My options for everyone else is either champ or sell. I have 2k hp and 180k iso right now. I only have enough iso to champ one in 5 days, might be able to do another in 11 days.
Leaning toward champing Antman. But I do have spidergwen champed and miles is a good partner.
Appreciate any advice

Based on my play experience, if you can only champion one of them, I'd choose Ant-Man. He's not top-tier, but he has his uses and they come up a little more often than Elektra's. But if I had to rank them I'd do Ant-Man first, then Miles, then flip a coin on Elektra and Venom because they're both meh.

I'm not big on selling max-covered 4*s unless you find yourself really really in need of the ISO/HP on someone still giving the rework bonus so I would play the long game, sell Miles, Elektra, and Venom's covers and chalk it up to bad luck. You will get more.

yeah, none of those are important characters. So don't stress about it. Would do Miles or Antman.

I can't imagine selling any 4* to redo them. Selling the cover is much more efficient - you'll get there eventually with cover-maxed 4*s.

I'm extremely fond of Miles, he's definitely in the "play when champed" set, but Ant Man has his uses as well. I'd go with one of those two. Since you have Gwen champed, I'd lean toward Miles since I find that Gwen isn't that great at generating web tiles herself. Miles is the best in the game, and reaps the best reward for them too. If Gwen is one of your few 4*s, you'll play them both a lot. If you have the top tier champed, then you'll play them both when Gwen is boosted, but when Miles is boosted you'll just play him - he works just fine on his own...

Ant Man is fun, but I only use him when I want to fill in some of his colors or his purple or blue will be really good for the match. Elektra is a real niche character and I almost never use her. Venom too.

In the end, you'll probably champ them all - the real choice is order.

Just choose one, and go for it. I basically keep gaining ISO and champ 4*s whenever I can. I don't worry too much about the order, as they all get done eventually, even the bottom-tier ones.

And if you can't gain enough ISO in time, then that's fine as well. You'll get there eventually. Selling 4* covers that died on the vine isn't that big of a deal. You'll get more of them soon enough.

Ant-Man.

He's fun, a great toon for PvE, and he's one that benefits greatly from being boosted.

Typically my mantra is "follow the covers". Since at most you have 2, go with logic. Ant Man is the best of that bunch. Miles is fun at times but that's about it. I use Eddie only in Heroic events where he is one of my best characters available. Same with Elektra. AntMan is great on wave nodes and the damage can add up quick if he gets going.

My choice is Ant-Man his purple and especially blue can come in very handy...

Update: Used 20 cp that I got from the iso brotherhood and opened an Elektra. So that's 3 Elektra's at once on my vine. Went ahead and champed Antman tho, his token got me another Antman. So it seems RNG didn't want me to go with Miles at least. Still have 2 Elektra and Venom on the vine, but in no rush to champ either.
