Customer service on holiday or what?

I bought the chandra pack last week, and for some reason I didn't'get the PW, BB's' etc, while i did pay ( i have the google play receipt to prove it).

I immediatly mailed support and got a canned mail asking me for my UID etc and a printscreen of the reciept, which I sent minutes later.

That was the last I heard from CS, no response at all and no Chandra pack. I'm'getting kinda miffed here, I wanted to level her up for the next inventors fair.

So I paid 30€ and now I don't exist to CS?

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this, get their attention or what not?

    Same thing happened to me back when Nahiri was offered for pre-purchase. I think two weeks had gone by before everything was settled. YMMV.

    And yes, they are gone for the holidays.

    I have been getting replies to my pre-new year's ticket today, so they are probably beginning to work through them now.
