Captain's Claws & Kor Entangler not triggering properly

If I have Kor Entangler on the field and my opponent's first creature has defender/reach/vigilance, then that creature should be disabled BEFORE it can defend, and potentially kill my first creature. As is my token spawns in response to damage, not to attacking.

This is in addition to the bug that gives my opponent my token if I kill their first creature.
