Champed all 3* (except Thanos).
Have all 4*, underleveled, and most 5*. See Link to roster below
Not sure what's the best way to proceed...
While leveling and championing the 3*s I only invested iso in 4* when they were required for the event and it was a good excuse to give them a few cheap levels.
Thanks in advance

Raising a fourstar to level 180 or thereabouts is comparatively cheap and shouldn't mess up your scaling. Getting them all the way to 270 is expensive though (300K ISO from level 180), so it's probably a good idea to build up an ISO stockpile.
I suggest focusing on Punisher MAX, Classic Cyclops and Hulkbuster first. All three are good and fairly well covered, so they should form a good basis for your future fourstar roster. The color overlap between them is unfortunate, but it would depend a bit on what covers you get next who you should prioritize.
Keep in mind that Hulkbuster is the next DDQ fourstar challenge, and you should have a decent chance to win with your build and maybe some extra levels. Punisher is boosted this week, so he should be useful too. I guess Cyclops can wait a little while...

Thanks for the advice. This will help short term but also looking into long term advice.
In general what's the best way to handle 4 stars leveling?
With 3* what I did is horde iso, and not level them at all until I had someone covered with 13 or 14 covers and then take them directly from 40 to 166/167
this way I rarely got stuck with covers being trashed or missing iso when I get someone to 13, but on the other hand until I got the covers, they were sitting at level 40. So far doing same with my 4* which is why all but recently used in events ones are sitting at 70

Also, once I can get some of them above 180, won't this start screwing up my scaling once they are buffed?

If you have all threestars championed scaling shouldn't be an issue - you'll always have some threestars at around the same level anyway. Besides, a fourstar can't reach level 188 until it has at least 9 covers, so it should be able to perform pretty decently if you decide to use it.
Long term I think level 180 is a good benchmark to aim for for everyone - as I mentioned it costs 300 K ISO to get a fourstar to max from there so the math is fairly simple. If you want to take them from base level to max in one go you can do that too obviously, but it will cost a bit more ISO. I think 300K ISO is a good distance since I know I can collect that much ISO in two weeks if needed, but obviously your mileage may vary.

Thanks for the Hulkbuster heads up. Allowed me to beat my 1st Crash of Titans icon_e_biggrin.gif

For future crashes keep in mind it's always the first four star cover in the vault. And now they are running them alphabetically by sub title. So next is James Rhodes, Janet Van Dyne, and Jessica Drew.

made some 4* progress and once again not sure how to proceed
    level up more to ~180?
spend 120cp and champion wolverine (or with some luck get the right color in the next event)? is he even worth championing or wait to champion someone better first?
just stockpile iso and cp until i can champion top tir 4*s?

Definitely don't spend any CP until you know what color the Wolverine cover in the Unstable ISO progression is. I suspect it will be black, which would be most helpful to you.
Unfortunately you don't seem to have enough covers for the top tier fourstars, so I'd suggest just waiting until you get more covers. Punisher and Moon Knight are both decently far along and very promising, so it doesn't have to take long. Wolverine is just too fragile to be one of your first fourstar champions these Days.

Have Moon Knight at 5 2 5 and 120 cp waiting to be used. Is he worth being my 3rd 4* champion after Cyclops and Wolverine?

Moon Knight got place 13 by Jarvind and in the Character Rankings Holiday 2016 Edition - The Results and Dauthi has not rated him yet.

Do you need any 4* champs in the moment?
I think bringing them all to lvl 180 is not a bad idea.

Maybe spend only 50% of your daily iso-8 harvest. So you bring them up slowly (and also some of your 3* during the same time), but still hoard some iso-8 for later. After most are on 180 you could start with hoarding nearly everything.

Moon Knight isn't bad. He's no1st draft pick but no one will give you any guff for champing him. As to your question is he a good third, well, resounding meh on that. His colors don't overlap Cyke, so pairing him gives you damage no matter how you match, and if you stack your powers right you can clear a wave with them (Ckye blue to pick off whoever is weakened into Cyke red to hit the next target then Moon green to finish off the last), but Moon and Wolverine aren't going to play nice together. Granted at your stage in the game if you're using Wolverine it's likely the old school go-to of Wolverine-Magneto-Loki team that goes quasi-infinite. So yeah, Moon Knight and Cyke aren't a bad team.

As to what to spend the rest of your ISO on, raising your 4*s to 180 isn't a bad idea. You might want to limit that to just the 4*s you really want (Jean, Iceman, Rulk, Peggy, etc). If you're worried about the Clash of the Titains missions you can generally eek through those at 130 or lower. So far the only one I can't win like that is Mr. Fantastic, but that's more due to Mr. Fantastic being terrible 1v1. If you want some numbers the gap between 130 and 180 on a 4* is about 65k, give or take (131 to 270 is 342k while 181 to 270 is 288k). Keeping your mid-to-low tier 4*s at 130 lets you beat CotT missions with them while freeing up more ISO to save for your actual priority characters.

Another thing you can do to keep your roster active while waiting for more 4* covers is 2* farming. Not sure if you're doing this already and not showing it on your Gamepedium roster (which who can blame you, that's a pain), but if you're not its the idea of selling champed 2*s, then re-rostering and re-champing them. All said and done each run costs about 5k, but it gives you HP, CP, Tokens, Covers, and more XP. Something to consider if you're not doing so.

Thanks for the advice. Since my 4* Punisher is at 11 covers I think I'll wait with Moon Knight since punisher appears to be a better investment. Of course this means I'm never getting Punisher covers again icon_e_biggrin.gif
CUrrently on my 4th run of rechamping 2*, so yeah, already doing that but not bothering updating Gamepedium wit those
I use Loki/Magneto/3* storm alot for a quasi-infinite team but I guess Wolverine would indeed be an upgrade over Storm
