When will the new(ish) 4* be added to COTT rotation?

Short answer: Who knows.

Gwenpool should have slotted in before Spider-Gwen back on the 23rd, but they skipped her. She was an October release so that tells me more than 2 months have to pass.

Not counting Medusa (who is way too new to show up after Iron Man), the next opportunity for a newer character to appear is Blade on February 11th. That will be around 3 months after his release so don't be shocked if they skip him AND Luke Cage who would slot in after him. I also expect them to skip Agent Venom when things reset, so we're probably looking at 169 days until Gwenpool would come around again.

well, yes, and no.

his list is just the alphabetic order for COTT. so yes, she does slot in after HB. but as he also reminded us, she is likely too new to actually be in the Clash after HB. if I had to guess, she will show up after HB in the next cycle.

Read his post again. That's where she's supposed to go, but when this was announced they also said they would skip characters that are too new. Medusa will probably wait until next round.
