Crafting a PvE roster

What should I do, as far as 4*s are concerned? Do I have any (besides Prof X) that are remotely useful or worth bringing up for play in PvE? Or should I just wait 3 months and look at it again then?

IW, MAXPunisher, and XFW are all boosted in the next PvE, and Kingpin will be in the one after, from what I'm seeing. I don't know if I should let that affect my decision. I also have two characters (Ghost Rider and Nick Fury) at max covers I could bring up just for the fun of having them as options.

(I have no stockpiles of anything to speak of, and my roster is updated in my sig.)

I am in a somewhat similar boat and am just waiting to get more 4* to 13 covers before I level them so that I can at least play different teams. I am looking at 7 max covered 4* for my target (Prof X doesn't count as I will keep him under level for Charlie's Angels). I mainly play PvE so I am in no hurry and am just hoarding ISO right now. I would probably encourage you to wait to since Ghost Rider and Nick Fury aren't top tier 4*. You would probably be ok in PvE scaling unless either one is boosted, then you may see a decent increase. I think it is really personal preference as to whether you should begin leveling them or not. The only major loss is if you get significant covers for Nick or Ghost Rider while not champed I guess.

I always just put iso into 4* that I believe that I can win Titans LT with. This week I beat OML with level 131 (1/2/3 on covers) Kate Bishop on first try with boosts. I know I got lucky but you can usually beat Titans with around level 150 4* and boosts in first few tries (in most cases....a few of the match ups are pretty brutal). That is really the only place right now that I am spending iso. I plan on bringing most 4* up to around level 188 for now since when boosted they tend to be similar to my 3* boosted characters in most events.
