Iso multiplier based on shield level?

I had a thought tonight. I'm facing a massive ISO drought with a handful of good 4*s nearing 13 covers and no-where near enough ISO to champ them all. I've got two black Punisher covers in the waiting, soon to be 3 with the current PvE's progression. I've got another not-green Ghost Rider cover (thanks Galactus). Not to mention Peggy, TA Hulk and maybe even IW now.

I'm seeing my ISO income improving a lot with double ISO to the point where it feels like a suitable income to work with given time if I were to champ these guys at a reasonable time frame. People have said we need to double ISO as standard for a while, but I was thinking maybe they fear it would upset the balance too much if they did that for everyone. So maybe have a multiplier start at 1x for SL1 and increase slowly as you go up.

Like say maybe have it at 1.5x ISO by the time you get to CL50 or something. Maybe not as drastic as that? Maybe more?
Then they can still throw in double ISO events to make things special but as your roster size grows, your ISO demands increase massively...so the shield level which is likely keeping up with you can help improve your income on the same steady increase.

    This is essentially already in play. Shield rank determines which shield clearance level you are able to join. The higher the clearance level, the more iso, hp, covers, etc. you get. It is not as good as you are suggesting but clearance level 9 and 10 still have not come out.

    Yeah the progression and placement is one thing, but those little ISO rewards on nodes add up fast on double ISO time.
