Cover values and SCL

similar to a previous post, I'm trying to decide which SCL to enter for unstable

SCL 4 progression grants me 2 Thor covers which will add champ levels and a reward of a Thor which I can add. For placement I can add wolverine covers + hopefully a colossus

SCL 6 progression gets me 2 thanos covers which I can add and hopefully colossus in placement.

Again my original plan was to max cover and champ my before moving on to land, but it hasn't happened that way and was wondering if I should go back to that plan. Would it be slowing my progress or speeding it up? I find myself using my champ and often even my boosted over boosted but under covered but I only have storm, Thor, daken, and OBW champed right now so it limits my options and requires more

I'm also actually short to the point where I would have to sell someone to roster thanos as of right now although I'm only 55 short of the 500 needed. And this deficit I am running with a daken still in queue also contributes to my consideration of slowing down and refocusing on land.
