Reset phone and had to reinstall game

My phone froze up on me. Had to reset the phone. Didn't save to Facebook because I don't use Facebook. Thought I could install game and enter username and password. But I don't see that option. Had mostly max out plainwalkers, have alot invested in this game. What I want to know did I lost everything? What the use of that the case that u can't reinstall. Make facebook mandatory for autosave.
