Quick battle prize 12/23 no rare or mythic top 10

Was bummed not to get either from the soi fat pack. Thought was guaranteed in them but not even one as a prize. Didn't have this issue last time I finished top 10.

    I haven't got any reward. Not the pack or the guaranteed Rare or higher for my finishing bracket.

    5 days no response.opened fat packs since and nothing. No point in wasting CASH for the same results

    I contacted support and they got my missing rewards. Took a bit, but it happened.
