Cards in Monthly Fat Pack

Yesterday I opened my monthly free fat pack and was a little confused by the number of cards in each pack: First “pack” was one card. Second pack had 4 cards. Third pack was 1 card. Forth pack was five cards. All in all I got several new cards from these packs, but nonetheless I’m confused by the odd number of cards I got in each pack.

    Ah, I didn't realize they changed the prize structure. Still, I only got 11 cards out of 4 packs (1+4+1+5). Shouldn't I have gotten 21?
