3* Storm Yellow not working

I was using 3 Storm in S.H.E.I.L.D. Sim and when I try to cast Mistress of the Elements it would not cast. I am playing on an iPhone 6 and I have updated to the latest version of MPQ.

EDIT: I am seeing this too on Android 7.1.1. Tapping on the power just returns you to the field of play as if you'd chosen to exit the power-select menu. No error, no sound effect, nothing.

There is a similar problem with CMags' red. Wonder if it's a TU tile thing.

Confirming this, happened to me today with both 1* Storm Yellow and 3* Magneto Red...
All three conditions met; TU tiles theory might be on the right track?

I'm reasonably sure that when they coded in Thanos' power that prevents other characters from using board-shaking abilities (including tile destruction) they somehow made it so Mistress of the Elements and Polarizing Force think that power is always in effect. And because they don't test their patches before release, nobody noticed.
