420 oml + 405 ph?

Question time! I finally won my first Phoenix green, bringing her to 10 covers, all three colors. Should I level her up to 405? She is 1/4/5.

This means I will only use my 420 oml and 405 Phoenix in pvp forever. Is that a good enough team? Or I should leave her at 285 and stick to oml + boosted 4* in pvp?
