Alliance member join and leaving notification

A lot of games have this and was wondering why we doing have this.

Whenever an Alliance member joins or leaves can we have something in chat that says, " (name) has left the Alliance" or "(name) has joined the Alliance"

This way all members know when someone leaves or joins. We can also welcome the new member into the Alliance or know when we have to look to recruit another when someone has left.
