Doctor, Spidey called... he wants his power back

Something that just occured to me while grinding through Juggernaut PvE event. This is the first event where I've used 3* Phteven Strange a lot, and while the Flames of Faultine power is fantastic, it feels misplaced with this character. I mean, striking back whenever your opponent fires a power, hitting goons especially hard since they keep on making CD tiles whatever happens - doesn't this really sound like Spider-Man instead of the Sorcerer Supreme?
Now, suppose you replaced 3* Spidey's yellow "Web Aid" power with something like this: whenever the opponent matches tiles (or perhaps even fires a power), dodge X% of the damage with a Y% chance and deal Z damage to the opponent's active character. This would be really annoying - or useful, depending on your point of view - and would make Spidey a bit more amazing, don't you think?
