I know we give you a lot of grief on the forums, but lots of new content recently and an ear to the community. I specifically appreciate you acknowledging and suggesting we will eventually get a fix to the player ranking system in events. Frankly, I was pretty impressed that 3 people got perfect score in platinum for the recent NoP event. Lots of luck and skill to make that happen.

Anyway, keep it up. I know you get little other than complaints from us, but we still play this really fun game.. so you are doing something right
