Event notice really wants to have a Vault item

When a battle has finished or sometimes even just switching from one mode to another, the red notice dot on the menu icon appears and when checked, it appears that the Vault has an item/red dot, as well. However, a second later from checking, both dots go away.

Any chance you can remove the optimistic false-notice from occurring?
