Alliance enhancements: weekly score and ranks

Hi all,

As a commander I need some tools to better track members progress:
- show they points collected in the last week;
- show they S.H.I.E.L.D ranks.
To make a better alliance and make easier to choose whom to change. The current inactive days isn't enough.
Also I prefer to count inactive days not by passed hours than real days, because it's not so easy to play at least every day in the same hour to be active.
