Bought BB, No Packs -600 Gems?

Just bought a BB of SoI and got an error. When I logged back on it showed I had -600 gems and nothing to show for it. Hopefully this isn't a widespread issue and it could be fixed pretty quickly. Somehow I doubt I'll get my gems or BB in the end with the generic responses I always get from support.
