few problems

hi!
i'm new player, but i started before newest update.
here is few problems i have on ios:
- missing gems - on screen instead of gem there is invisible gem that can be matched [AI does it]
- game freezes after claiming rewards [about 50% chance to happen]
- game freezes after leveling up any planewalker [everytime]
- i don't know if this is ability of some cards or not, but i had gem that couldn't be matched with anything [it looked like brick of ice]
- i no longer see supporting gems effects, so i play 'blind' very ofen
