Nissas Training Will Not allow me to drag cards

I am trying to get through the second level of training Nissas Training and when it is trying to walk me through dragging cards for the first time it isn't working. I am now stuck on this screen and no amount of restarting has worked. The cards will scroll put it will not allow me to drag any of the cards. I have tried uninstalling but when it logs me in it comes back to training and I cant get out of this loop.

    I know it took me a few tries to get the hang of it.

    Are you holding before attempting to drag? I found with my phone (which is a little on the slow side) that I needed to hold my finger in place for a couple seconds before it would let me drag.
