More responsive support

I have been very unsatisfied with the support I've received over being locked out of two events recently. I haven't been able to get more than an automated response out of the support system, or anyone to respond to me with actual fixes.

I feel like I'm not alone in this frustration. What do we need to do to get more timely, more helpful, and more responsive support from a company that is making bank from us?
