SHIELD rank skip?

I was waiting to claim my "congrats on reaching rank 68" ISO until after I opened all my hoarded tokens. I opened enough to go up to 69. Whenever I went to claim what I was hoping would be two ranks worth of ISO I received only the ISO for reaching 69. Is this working as intended? I was under the impression that I could stack the SHIELD rank ISO and claim several at a time. If this is working as intended I'll just count it as a lesson learned icon_e_biggrin.gif

    You should open a customer service ticket on this. If you lost the ISO, they should be able to compensate you.

    Thanks, have one open and they escalated. Mostly just making sure what I noticed was an actual bug and not something that was working as it should (well, as it was designed)
