Agent Venom vault token error

What happened to purchasing only a single token for the special vaults? I can only purchase a 10 or 20 pack. Is this the same for everyone?

    This looks to me like a deliberate change, not an error. I suspect they're playing with pricing and quantity to see what works well for... you know... getting us to spend money. Dang capitalism.
