Red deck event using blue cards

How the ****. How about giving a god damn heads up on this ****. Who the hell expects an exert influence to fly out of a red only deck. Fkd up event.

    This has been the case since BfZ (the earliest encounter I remember). It would have been nice of the devs to explain that an opponent's displayed color affinity doesn't exclude other color cards, but we don't get such luxuries as communication around here.

    Yeah, it surprised everyone.

    I just responded in another thread that I think the idea behind the deck/challenge was that Bandit has stolen other pw cards/abilities.

    I posted this in the bugs section for another event and was told it's expected behaviour.

    So themed events aren't.

    Of course, if somebody turned this sort of thing in for a class it would be considered not completing the assignment on themes.

    Yeah they've been doing this for a long time. If they limited it to just cards from the enemy's color it'd be too easy. Just make better decks and it won't be a problem.

    LOL, the Avacyn bosses are meant to be overpowered and challenging, especially on the last two nodes. I always check their mana gains. With Bandit, for example, she gets bonuses to red, white, and blue matches, so this tips you off on the color profile of her deck.
