20% completely locked out

Devs, so you realize that this is not just a few people out of the thousands complaining there were 4 of 20 people in our coalition unable to get a match to complete in the last 12+ hours of the event. That is 20%. Additionally there were at least 3 more who were able to get in a limited number of matches due to to server issues and then a few more that were able to complete but had large delays and had to use the retry option multiple times to get matches to complete. This was not a small disruption. I know it may be hard to tell because you tend to hear from people who have problems and not those where things went fine but the fact that there were multiple people in my coalition with problems seems to indicate this was widespread.

    same as my coalition (necropotence)

    Usually the complaints sound more louder than they actually are because it's a forum, but I'm surprised there aren't MORE people complaining.

    I was able complete one match the last 14 hours of the event, and that one never got past the "Ending Match" routine, so I lost the charge on that node. Afterward, I could not get past the "Get Match" part (if I could even log in at all). Dropped from rank 17 with 4 open matches last night to rank 80 this morning with all 5 nodes full. The bright side is, I was able to claim my rank 80 reward for gold tier, and got my 50 crystals and my BFZ block. Only problem is, I keep getting "Something went wrong" every time I try to open the pack. icon_mad.gif

    If we could just get some confirmation that you're aware of the problems that would be reassuring. After all a new event starts in less than 24h.

    Extinction suffered from a similar percentage outage of roughly 20%.

    Another 7 or so lost 1-2 sets from just this morning so that's a total of 11 from TeamReckless.

    I also could not compete AT ALL. It is the first time in ALONG time I was unable to complete all my nodes in some way or another. VERY FRUSTRATING.
  • I was also unable to complete at all. I went from position 28 to 500+ because I wasn't able to complete it. Even if I was able to login, trying to do ANYTHING in-game just caused it to hang. I couldn't even claim my free boosters. Was very frustrating since it was the best I had ever done in an event, and it just sort of went *poof!*

    I was having a great event. I had only lost one game (because my phone crashed) until I woke this morning... Then all hell broke loose.
    The game was slow in loading and when I tryed to start to play the game just froze. I had 10 games at the moment, the refresh was to happen in about 1h 30 and I had to go to work. Playing became something stressfull! I needed to clear the nodes so I wouldnt harm my coalition ranking, but I couldn't start the games. And sometimes I played them and in the end (having won the match) the game froze and count has a loss! In total I lost 11 games to server issues and had a stressfull day. That is not the reason why I play a game!
    Hope you start to take better care of your costumers.!

    Co-sign for Necropotence. My server crapped out on me last night. Won a game and it wouldn't finish collecting the ribbons ended up losing that. Couldn't get into another game the rest of the night. Went to sleep hoping it would be fixed in the morning. Really couldn't get in, on the off chance that I did I had full nodes waiting for me and tried to enter game, something goes wrong error wipes out all my nodes. I think I was able to complete 2 or 3 games this morning that actually went through while getting the rest of my nodes wiped out.

    Just want you to know, we are not patient. This is past patient. This is border line asinine at this point. You have a lot of unhappy players on your hands and I doubt you have spoken to enough of us to say that we are patient. Part of the reason people are seething far more than normal is that they know you all have become so stingy with your compensations that in the end we are expecting runes. Please tell them to get their **** together. Thanks.

    Brigby, keep up the good work. These salty people can keep crying. I have spent real money with you guys and understand nothing is perfect. If they spent more money maybe you could upgrade a few things.

    Just another stat if it helps.

    I think everyone was affected yesterday. Just a matter of how big an inconvenience it was.

    My coalition reported a 20% failure to complete event as well.

    Other than those who couldn't complete, I know of others such as myself who were likewise affected but managed to complete it despite the problems.

    Personally, I dropped from a potential top5 with a perfect score and early start heading into the final round of 5 games in platinum, to ranked 101st after NOT getting points for 3 games that I won. It hung on the "getting ribbon" screen.

    disappointed? definitely. because all my hard work from the past early rounds are washed down the drain.

    resigned? yup. I don't bother to get angry. Not good for my own personal health. icon_e_smile.gif

    Anything positive? I am glad I contributed enough points for my coalition to stay ahead of our equally badly affected competitors.
