Event Rewards (Individual) Not Delivered

I finished 14th (335) in my bracket and my coalition finished 93rd.

Received only a single rare (Assembled Alphas...duplicate) for coalition reward, but no crystals, pack and card for individual placement. Anyone else?

I got nothing. It finally logged me in, then when I tried to claim my measly rewards "something went wrong".
Surprise surprise. Screwed out of ranking, then screwed out of what rewards I would have gotten.
They should just change the loading screen from Sorin to a giant middle finger. Would be more appropriate.

The same thing happened to me on Nov 4th and just now on the Nodes of Power event. I messaged support on the 4th and they couldnt even identify the name of the event and then they conferred with their technicians that reported my ranking in the event and they said I wasn't in the top ranks and did win anything. I tried and tried explaining it was the reward I had earned for winning points and after 25 days this is the reply I got :
"Greetings D3 Go! Customer,

Thank you for contacting D3 Go! Customer Support.

Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate players for progression based rewards from these events. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again and it will be a pleasure to help you."

I never wanted compensation I just wanted the lousy booster pack and rare card I had earned.

Today, I won 20gems at the end of Nodes of Power and did not get them.

I earned them by winning my matches....

I have played this game every day since I first downloaded it six months ago. I have put up with the cheating AI and being slighted when I open boosters and never get rare or mythic cards that I don't already have. I figure it's the price I pay for not purchasing from these greedy rip offs. But in both these cases, I earned those rewards. It's shameful how they rip off their loyal players.

It seems they are having serious server problems. I bet you it's that infrastructure change that's supposed to allow seamless updates. Seems the seamless aint so seamless after all (joking aside, my condolences to the application server).

I thought it was just me. I got my rare card for finishing in the teens, but nothing else. No gems. No free pack. No coalition reward. I had already submitted a support ticket.

In future guys take a screenshot at rewards page for proof.

It's much easier to prove your case when support can't find your score.
