Make Sub Scores Visible until the end of the event sub

This is something that irks me. As a commander who always joins S1, after the sub is finished I can't view the scores anymore. There are still 4 slices to go and I can't see how the rest of the team is performing! As part of a multi-alliance group this would be beneficial in making moves that need to be made to ensure performers are getting the right rewards.

Have a panel for the sub open at least until the end of slice 5 so it can be checked. The functionality is already present just needs an application for the sub.
