Three events in a row!!

What is even the point of this game if every time I try to play something goes wrong? Why would I want to approach every match I play with dread about whether it's going to freeze on me or not? What is the point if I try to play and it just clears out all my nodes? I get up at 4am to start every event for this?? Why do I bother to invest so much time and energy into this???? So glad I have never dumped money into this game and I'd even been holding off to splurge on any sale in these last couple of days. I am so glad I was never so stupid! Matchmaking... Drop rates... All this needs to be fixed. But NONE of it matters if you can't even playing the #&%-$=@ game.

100% agree with you
can we ask management to stop focusing on making this game SLOWER/uglier/appealing to 8 year olds with fancy cascades
can we give some respect go magic community and focus on
a) fixing F"£$%^ crashes
b) eliminate any events with countdown timer which is less than 5 nodes we all have lives/job/family/spouse and 3 recharges per node is just not enough to keep them not overflowing

lost 2 wins (in 6 games) in the event this morning, stuck on retry/cancel at "ending encounter".

Issues such as this ("Get Match" timing out) highlight the disparity people face when it comes to prizes and ties. If you want the top prizes, you need to be the first to that score. When you can't play your matches for hours due to the timing out of "Get Match", it has a real effect on players morale and enjoyment of the game. It is long past time the developers acknowledged the issue with ties or at least gave us their reasoning behind why they have the system designed as they do. When your final position is less determined by your wins and losses and more by whether you had less server connection issues than those you're competing against, players can't help but feel angry and disappointed.

Seriously... I've refrained from sending support tickets for events because it's so **** tedious to work with their customer support, and usually the glitch or bug will at least affect everyone almost equally.

I'm completely fed up this time as I spent 3 of the last 11 hours loading or attempting to load the gsme.. At the point this started, I was still perfect for the event at 250 points with 1 recharge on each (which became 2 while I figured I was having connection issues). Thinking I'll just wake up in the middle of the night to clear the nodes, I woke up and found same thing. Woke up early again to try to clear my nodes before recharge, and here I am 3 and a half hours later with no luck. I got through one time, which wasted a node. Then one game I finally got to play and I'm stuck on end encounter.

Complete shitshow if you ask me... Just fed up with the time we put in and have to plan around for these events... And as we're expecting certain rewards for our performances, we get screwed over.

I know not everyone is being affected by whatever you call this... Crash, bug, server downtime, but I'm sure the frustration is felt through everyone who is, and even at the very least, those whose coalitions have members being affected.

Same thoughts here. I was in Platinum with a perfect score and with a chance of TOP 5 positions entering the final round of 5 games. Lost 3 games through connection issues after winning the games but couldn't get the ribbons.

Ended up in 101st place. Not even a rare reward card for my early hard work.
