Hearts of Darkness Sub 1 Disappeared

This is one of the weirder bugs I've encountered. After finishing my initial clear in sub 1 of HoD (Unholy Alliance) I went to play some PvP and the game crashed. When I restarted, I found that my sub had disappeared and the main event screen node was now unlocked, though my score is unchanged. I tried restarting again, and even rebooted my phone, but it was still gone.

I went ahead and cleared the main node again and the sub reappeared, but it looks like all of my sub progression has been lost. In other words when I go to grind tomorrow I'll have to redo the main path again.
