X-23 vs Quake

Hey,
A quick question. I have a cover for X-23 and Quake waiting in the queue. Which one should I champion first? I already have 13 championed 4* (all top ones sans Peggy who has 12 covers). I have 13 days to stockpile iso and I am at 250k already (with at least one farm 2* ready to sell and next CL happening soon so that's extra 100k). In theory I might champ both of them before cover expire but if not - advice on which one is better from users would be welcome.
One reason against X23 is that her boosted week is about to be over Not sure when Quake is due.

Quake is actually boosted starting 12/1 for the coming week. Even without that, I’d recommend her over X-23, as much as I’ve loved her over this past week. Quake can be used a lot of ways and that AOE defense is great for PVE, especially when boosted. You can shrug off Red Hulk when she’s like that. Her green speaks for itself and that blue is great at ap denial, especially for bosses.0

Quake it is as the same advice came from my teammates. Now I just need to think about the build.0

That’s the great thing about Quake, she’s actually pretty versatile. If you have a good green user already like Red Hulk, then go 3/5/5. If she’s partnered with a strong red /blue user, then 5/5/3. If you’re facing a team with no AOE attacks or just want a board shaker (ala Galactus fights) then 5/3/5. I switch her around a lot.
Since she's boosted this week, 5/5/3 is probably the best, but play around with the yellow and blue, depending on who you're facing.0 -
For the next PvE i think I will go with 3-5-5 as Teen Jean is boosted as well. Throwing in Switch the PvE will be a breeze (and SL might get a run for his yellow and red if needed, oh well - two good boosted 4* will help a lot ).0

My Quake is only 1/1/1, X-23 is 5/2/1
X-23 fits a lot of my Team Set ups Quake fits a few when powered up (Same with My 1/1/1 Peggy Carter)0
