Pretty much already described: 3* Doctor Strange's Flames of the Faltine does not fire when a Subject creates a black Detonate countdown tile.

Yeah, it happened to much not to notice in this last sub.

Creating the Detonate countdown tiles is technically a "passive", it doesn't take AP, it just has a 50% chance of activation (or something like that).

It's not a technically a passive. It says (Passive) right in the description. It's triggered when the Subject is below a certain percentage of health.

Strange yellow doesn't activate on passive powers and detonate is a passive power for goon so won't set it off.

It's probably fair to say that there is not much distinction between an AI goon spending AP to place a countdown tile, and an ai goon triggering a passive ability that places a countdown tile.

Even the active powers are more like passive powers that say
"At the beginning of each turn, generate 2 Yellow AP. Then, if you have 4 or more Yellow AP, place a 4-turn Pistol Countdown tile on the board and reduce your Yellow AP by 4"

Not sure what the solution is. Whatever it ends up being, that's definitely feedback more than a bug.

I think it works fine as it is. They're using AP to activate skills, there's just no animation (but the delay on Flamethrower is so long there might as well be one). Certainly makes it extremely fun to play with Star Lord or Dr Strange vs goon heavy nodes... and on the flipside extremely annoying to play Carnage.

The only thing that needs to be changed is that Deadly Shot either needs to become an active (Add ap cost? Please?! Slow that damn thing down!) or have Passive actually written into its description.
