Kessig Prowler menace malfunction

Just a simple post, title says it all. It is blockable as if it didn't have menace. Passing the word along.

    And it is unblockable when there are 2 defenders against it

    I believe this is a menace issue and not just kessig prowler? As I'm sure people have spoken about this with regards to other cards as well
