Can D3 actually use any suggestion in this forum?

If you read the legal disclaimer that covers this website, you have to wonder if it is worth posting any "suggestions".

Does this cover any suggestion in relation to this game or does it cover only ideas for new IP?

If they ignore any "suggestions" due to legal reasons, they have a paragraph above that should cover that:

Maybe someone from the D3 legal department could chime in and clarify this.
