Which 4* should i champion next?

Please help me pick the next 4* to champion. I think I champion maybe 2-4 4*s a month. Should I prioritize certain characters or wait for a week when I don't have a good powered up 4* and decide then (the only powered up champion i have this week is X-23 and the only pve is going to be prodigal sun)?

I don't have any championed 5*s but have a level 435 534 Phoenix, a level 420 245 Silver Surfer and a level 405 550 OML. These seem to be more of a liability for anything more than seed teams or trivial pve nodes.

Current 4* champions
Hulkbuster, Cyclops, X-23, Thor, Wolverine, Deadpool, Red Hulk, Jean Grey, Carnage, Quake, Iceman, Nova, Thing, Professor X, Peggy, Star-Lord, Kingpin

Max covered 4*s
Elektra, Falcon, Devil Dino, Invisible Woman, Antman, Winter Soldier, Ghost Rider, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, Mr Fantastic

I also have Eddie Brock @5/5/2, Kate @5/4/3, Cho @3/4/4 and Punisher @2/4/5

    At your point I would either wait until a week with no boosted or until you have a cover. None of the ones you have ready to level seem to add much to your roster unboosted.

    i will say that you should champ based on which covers you received.

    this is my current strategy now. i will open my LT and CP in bursts, hoping to get my 5*.

    and if i get any unchamp 4*, i will use it to decide who to champ. Example, i pulled 2 Warmachine covers, then i will champ war machine first. that way i will not waste those covers.

    none of the 4* that you have will significantly change the way you play your game. They will be useful when buffed. you already have the best 4* with iceman, peggy, rulk etc....

    but if i have to choose one among the fully covered 4*, i will say go antman. antman ability to steal tiles is useful, and his blue and purple packs a punch when boosted.
