AI not stunning SS

I have noticed lately the AI will just never try to stun Silver Surfer specifically with team ups. Also when an AI uses skull crusher or another random stun it never tries to stun SS.
It could just be very bad luck but wondering if others have noticed this.

Silver Surfer has a passive power whick makes him unstunnable, like Boss characters.
Random stun abilities will filter him out.
Abilities cannot be shot at him which only do stun effect. AI cant fire these teamups neither.0
